Terms & Conditions for SwimSafer Test

1.0     Students who are LATE will not be allowed to take their test.

2.0     Students have to bring along their School Student’s Pass for verification. Failure to do so will not be allowed to take their test.

3.0     Students have to report 15mins before the test time to person-in-charge and to be ready in their additional clothing with swimwear underneath.

4.0     Students are required to bring their practical test items as follows:

            4.1     Short sleeve t-shirt

            4.2     Shorts (only for levels 1 to 4)

            4.3     Long pants (only for levels 5 and 6)

            4.4     Goggles

            4.5     Swim Cap

            4.6     School Student’s Pass for verification

            Failure to bring the following test item will not be allowed to take their test

5.0     If test is cancelled due to bad weather condition, it will be rescheduled to another date.

6.0     Test may take up to 2 hours and test results will not be disclosed during the test day.

7.0     Parents / guardian of students are not allowed to be near the test site during the conducting of test.

8.0     Failure to comply with the terms & conditions listed above, students will be marked as fail for the test and test fee will be FORFEITED. NO REFUNDS will be entertained.
