Starting from November 2016, Owen Swim School’s student will received their very own Student ID Card. It holds two purpose. #1 – for attendance taking . #2 – Benefits for our students (Eg. upto 30% discount to all TYR product). Click here for benefits.

Q. What should I do when I first receive my Student ID Card?
A. First thing first, to check your information on the back of the card is correct. Eg. Student’s Name, Student’s ID number (NRIC No. or FIN No.) and Student’s Date of Birth. Please note that we will be tracking the student via their ID number in our system.
Q. What is the purpose of this Student ID Card?
A. The main purpose for this card is to take the student’s attendance with the QR Code on the back of the card. Student are to hand over the ID Card to the admin coordinator before the start of every lesson for attendance taking. One of the criteria to qualify for the swimming test is to have a good attendance record. So student are to bring their Student ID Card on every lesson.
Q. Is there any benefits along with the Student ID Card?

Q. When will I receive my Student ID Card?
A. The first batch of Student ID Card will be issued out on November 2016. Student who sign-up after November 2016 will receive their Student ID Card within 3 weeks upon the first lesson with Owen Swim School.
Q. What if I lost/damage my Student ID Card?
A. Student can inform the admin coordinator for a replacement at $5 each card. So do take good care of your Student ID Card.
Q. What if I forgotten to bring my card for my lesson?
A. Student who forgotten to bring their card for their swimming lesson will be held up for the lesson as other student will proceed to take their attendance first before attending to him/her.
Q. Do I have to return the Student ID Card after I’ve terminated my swimming lesson?
A. Yes, Student ID Card is a property of Owen Swim School and must be returned to Owen Swim School upon termination of lesson. If caught using the Student ID Card after the student has terminated his/her lesson with us, legal action will be taken against the student.
