for Bukit Canberra Swimming Complex only.
Adverse Weather & Safety Precaution
For Bukit Canberra swimming complex, the shelter pool is lightning proof and hence, lesson will still be on going when there is any lightning alert.
The pool authority has the right to require us to cancel any swimming lessons or close the swimming pool due to bad weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances.
During the event of pool closure, land practice will be conducted and there will be no refund of lesson fee. No makeup lesson will be provided.
In the event of haze, lesson will still be ON as long as the pool remains open. In the event where pool closure due to heavy haze, lesson will be cancelled and there will NOT be any refund, replacement or extension of lesson.

Entrance
All admission fee and other pool-related expenses at public swimming complex will be borne by student or parent/ guardian. It is a public pool and to enter into the pool, ticket has to be bought via the ActiveSG+ website. Do login with your SingPass before you can purchase a ticket.
Refund Policy
No refund or transfer will be given once payment is made.
Absent
It will still be considered a lesson when student is absent regardless of any reason. There is no make-up class available. We do not hold any lesson for student. Lesson will be ongoing regardless.
Swimming Attire/Equipment
All our students are required to wear the swimming cap at all time during the lesson.
All our students are required to wear proper swimming attire and goggle during our swimming lesson.
Student have to bring their own kickboard for swimming lesson.
Indemnity
We will not be held liable or responsible for any claims arising out of any loss or damage to property, any injury, damages and loss of life while attending our lesson and this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
Personal Data
The purpose of the consent set out is for us to obtain from our client to collect, use and/or disclose your personal data in providing services to our students.
Personal data include all data that contain specific references to your personal or material circumstances such as your name, e-mail address, contact number, birthdate, gender and identification number (First Alphabet + Last 3 Digit + Last Alphabet) ; not restricted to photography and video recordings.
We value amicable onboarding, as such required data are to be provided for the completion of enrolment.
Payment
Upon confirmation, We will reserve the lesson slot for up to 24hours. Students are required to make the first payment in full within the 24hours of confirmation or the reserved slot will be cancelled and given to the other interested student.
Payment every 3 months (Payment Cycle)
Payment of 3 months has to be made in one setting and the next payment cycle due date will be on the end of 2nd month of the first payment cycle. This is because we will held 1 month of fee as a deposit. This 1 month deposit is to serve as notification for us if you decided to quit and you can utilized the 1 month deposit fee. Please check with admin-in-charge for your last lesson.
Subsequent cycle payment will also be every 3 months payment. If student would like to terminate their lesson, they have to finish up all balance lesson + the 1 month deposit held during the first cycle payment.
We will inform parents/guardian when payment is due. When payment is not made upon the due date, we will deem student as quitting without informing and we will automatically deduct the 1 month deposit as lesson goes on. His/her slot will be given to other students. Once the 1 month deposit has been fully utilized, we will deem as the student’s revocation of his/her lesson. NO REFUND will be entertained.
Any late fee payment, there will be an additional $5 late charges. Such late payment has to be made before the utilization of the 1 month deposit.
Mode of Payment
Payment will be via PayNOW to our company’s UEN No. 53316081B-xx (outlet prefix). Our admin-in-charge will send you a QR code for PayNOW payment for easy tracing.

No payment is required if student is put on the waiting list.
Termination
Student is required to finish all balance lesson + 1 month deposit (notice period to activate 1 month deposit). Student is advice to check with admin on the last lesson date and fully utilized the 1 month deposit. Once the deposit had fully utilized, we will deem as the student’s revocation of his/her lesson. For any re-join, there will be a registration charge of $50
Registration
There is a registration fee of $50 for new sign-up and re-join. New sign-up student will be getting a set of Swim-Kit (while stock last). New student term as a student who has never join our swim school in any outlets.
No Lessons
– NO lesson on Public Holiday marked RED in calendar (will be charged).
– NO lesson on 1 week of Chinese New Year (29 Jan 2025 – 04 Feb 2025) marked RED in calendar (will be charged).
– NO lesson on our school rest day marked ORANGE in calendar (will not be charged).

In the event of lesson cancelation, our admin-in-charge will notify via our WhatsApp Channel (each outlet has it’s own WhatsApp Channel, parents are responsible to join the correct WhatsApp Channel.)
Others
We seek for mutual respect between customer and our staff. We reserve the right to protect our staff from any act of aggression or harassment, and we will not hesitate to take any legal action.
We reserve the rights to modify any terms and conditions and to add new terms and conditions without any prior notice.
